Welcome to Billzx (OPC) PVT LTD. By accessing our portal, mobile application, or using any of our B2B services (Recharge, BBPS, DTH), you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Merchant Eligibility

To register as an agent or retailer with Billzx, you must:

• Be a resident of India and at least 18 years of age.
• Provide valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN) as per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a valid shop or business premises for providing services.

2. Wallet & Transactions

Merchants must maintain a sufficient balance in their Billzx wallet to process transactions. Once a recharge or bill payment is successful, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

3. Commission & Settlements

Commissions are credited to the merchant wallet in real-time or as per the specific operator's cycle. We reserve the right to modify commission structures at any time without prior notice, based on operator changes.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent or illegal money-lending activities.
• Charging end-customers more than the officially prescribed service charges/convenience fees.
• Sharing login credentials or OTPs with anyone, including Billzx staff.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Billzx (OPC) Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any losses arising from system downtimes, operator server failures, or internet connectivity issues at the merchant's end.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any merchant account immediately if we detect suspicious activity, multiple failed login attempts, or breach of these terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
